Just prior to having my yard redesigned, I contacted a company to install an irrigation system. Telling them about my yard plans, they recommended I use Gardens for Texas for the redesign and I’m so glad they did. Everything was coordinated flawlessly. Now I have the loveliest landscape in the neighborhood. Thanks to Jamie, Sandra and their team, there is a beautiful flagstone sitting area under a large Live Oak tree on the front of my home. From the front down the side to the back patio, there are colorful drought tolerant perennials and flowering shrubs that attract birds, bees, butterflies and hummingbirds. The flower beds are very large so Jamie put in a path from front to back that separates the planting areas. It is so serene to walk along the path or sit in the shade surrounded by such beauty. I’ve gotten many, many compliments from not only my neighbors but strangers walking or driving through the neighborhood. I’ve used Gardens for Texas more than once and will definitely use their services for any additional work.

Jamie and her crew did a wonderful job of transforming our front, back and side yards into places of beauty after our plants and grass had been ravaged by freezes, heat waves and a dog who was our house guest for two years. The installation proceeded went along without a hitch and was as promised.

I am so happy with the landscape project we did with Gardens for Texas. Jamie was responsive, listened to my feedback and made adjustments to keep the project under budget. We replaced most of our front lawn with xeriscaping, and removed a buckling walkway with floating pavers. I will definitely use Gardens for Texas on any future projects and recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable landscaping team.

I used Gardens for Texas to landscape the backyard in my North Dallas home after they did a great job with some front beds last fall. They're the best landscaping company in DFW that I've used. Weeds had literally overtaken the back corner (pictured) after we had to have a large tree removed. Gardens for Texas came out and put down a weed barrier, landscaped around the root system of the tree we removed and then mulched everything all in the matter of an afternoon. When a few of the plants they installed didn't make it through the heat of summer, because of their warranty we just gave them a call and they came right out and happily replaced them at no cost.

I can only say great things about the entire team from Gardens for Texas. The landscape plan was executed perfectly - even after I made some modifications to my backyard. The team was quick, professional, attentive to our requests and very, very exact in their work. I am thrilled with the results of my freshly landscaped yard and look forward to hiring Gardens for Texas again for any additional landscaping needs.

We bought a new home that had some existing landscaping that needed a little attention. Jamie had helped at our old house and was amazing so we immediately reached out. Everything about the process was great. She looked our new property, asked great questions about what we wanted, didn't want, etc. and made recommendations that were spot on. The team showed up exactly when they said they would and finished when they said they would. If we had questions, they were addressed immediately to our satisfaction. They also left the yard and house cleaner that it was when they got there. After everything was installed, we got detailed instructions for caring for everything. I can't say enough good things about Jamie and the rest of the GFT team.

We had an incredible experience with Gardens for Texas redoing our entire backyard. We put in grass, created a flower bed and planted flowers and trees. We also extended the patio, which they coordinated so that we didn't have to worry about it. They worked with our budget to create something beautiful and manageable. On top of that, they provided great service months after installation when we had a couple of trees that did not survive. Can't wait to contact them again to work on our front yard.
