I had a wonderful experience using Gardens for Texas, and I plan to use them again for future landscaping, and would always recommend them to anyone looking for landscaping services. Jamie and Sandra are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with.I initially reached out for our front garden with my primary goals being: attract bees, butterflies and hummingbirds with colorful native plants that won’t require inordinate amounts of watering.I was so happy with the plan for the front garden, I requested a plan for the backyard, as well. Jamie listened to me and was able to provide me with gardens full of native plants that look beautiful and have thrived throughout the year and attracted a variety of life.
Jamie and her Gardens for Texas crew did an amazing job at a very reasonable price! I thought I had in mind what I wanted and needed but after getting some suggestions from Jamie on new plants and how to best approach the regrading of our yard, I’m so much happier that we went with her advice. They were super easy to work with and gave detailed instructions on caring for our new plants. They even freshened the mulch in a bed we weren’t redoing so that it matched. I’d definitely recommend and use them again.
I can only say great things about the entire team from Gardens for Texas. The landscape plan was executed perfectly - even after I made some modifications to my backyard. The team was quick, professional, attentive to our requests and very, very exact in their work. I am thrilled with the results of my freshly landscaped yard and look forward to hiring Gardens for Texas again for any additional landscaping needs.
We needed a complete overhaul of our front and back yard so we reached out to Gardens for Texas. Everything about the process was great. Jamie came and looked at our property and asked great questions about what we wanted, didn't want, etc. When her proposal came it was obvious that she had really listened to what we said because she included plants that I mentioned in passing from my childhood and also offered a couple of different options for the back part of our house. The team showed up exactly when they said they would and finished when they said they would. If we had questions, they were addressed immediately to our satisfaction. They also left the yard and house cleaner that it was when they got there. After everything was installed, we got detailed instructions for caring for my lawn. I can't say enough good things about Jamie, Sandra, Pilar and the rest of the GFT team.
Jamie and Sandra worked with me too get the plants that I wanted for my perennial bed in my front yard. It turned out beautiful, and they were very professional, as was their team of installers.
We had an incredible experience with Gardens for Texas redoing our entire backyard. We put in grass, created a flower bed and planted flowers and trees. We also extended the patio, which they coordinated so that we didn't have to worry about it. They worked with our budget to create something beautiful and manageable. On top of that, they provided great service months after installation when we had a couple of trees that did not survive. Can't wait to contact them again to work on our front yard.
